  1. How can I make a payment for my online order?
    Currently, we accept cash payments only. The payment will be collected during the pickup of your ordered goods.

  1. Can I pay online for my purchase?
    At the moment, we do not offer online payment facilities. Please make sure to pay in cash during pickup.

  1. What happens if I don’t collect my goods within the specified collection window?
    If you fail to collect your goods within the designated collection window, your order will be considered a love offering to the parish. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.

  1. Are the purchased goods refundable?
    No, all purchased goods are non-refundable. Once your order is placed and payment is made, the sale is considered final.

  1. When should I place my order to collect it on the immediate Saturday?
    Orders must be received before Thursday noon to be eligible for collection on the immediate Saturday.

  1. What if I place an order after Thursday noon?
    If you place an order after Thursday noon, your collection will be scheduled for the following Saturday at the earliest. You may also choose the date of your collection manually in the system.

  1. How often are the goods in the store restocked?
    Goods in store will be restocked every Friday. We’ll do our best to ensure the availability of listed products during collection times. You will be contacted if there are any issues relating to your order.

  1. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, once your order is placed and paid for, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.

  1. What personal information do you collect from customers?
    We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing updates related to your purchase. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  1. Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase in one order?
    We do not impose a limit on the number of items you can purchase in one order. However, please note that all purchases are subject to availability.

  1. How will I receive my purchased goods?
    Currently, we offer pickup as the only mode of receiving purchased goods. You are responsible for collecting the goods from the designated pickup location during the specified collection window.

  1. What if the product I receive looks different from the one on the website?
    While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations in appearance or specifications may occur. We apologize for any discrepancies and appreciate your understanding.
