1. Introduction:
   These Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “T&C”) govern the purchase of online goods through the Bunan Resilience Project (hereafter referred to as “the Project”). By making a purchase, you (hereafter referred to as “the Customer”) agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Payment Method:
   a) The only accepted payment method for purchases made through the Project is cash.
   b) Payment will be collected during the pickup of the ordered goods. No online payment option is available at the moment.

3. Collection of Goods:
   a) The Customer shall collect the purchased goods within the designated collection window time, as specified during the order placement.
   b) Failure to collect the goods within the stipulated collection window will result in the order being considered a love offering to the parish. No refunds or exchanges will be provided in such cases.

4. Non-Refundable Goods:
   All purchased goods are non-refundable. Once the order is placed and payment is made, the sale is considered final.

5. Order Confirmation:
   a) Upon successful order placement, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email. This email will serve as a receipt for the purchase.
   b) The Project reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with product availability, payment verification, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Customer will be duly notified and a refund will be issued.

6. Product Availability:
   a) The availability of products on the Project’s website is subject to change without prior notice.
   b) The Project will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all listed products are in stock. However, in the event that a product becomes unavailable after the Customer places an order, the Project will inform the Customer and offer alternatives if possible.

7. Product Descriptions:
   a)  The Project makes every effort to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions. However, slight variations in product appearance or specifications may occur.
   b) The Project does not guarantee the accuracy of product images shown on the website and is not liable for any discrepancies between the product received and the product image displayed.

8. Shipping and Pickup:
   a) The Project currently offers pickup as the only mode of receiving purchased goods.
   b) The Customer is responsible for collecting the goods from the designated pickup location during the specified collection window.

9. Personal Information:
   a) The Project will collect and use the Customer’s personal information solely for the purpose of processing the order and providing updates related to the purchase.
   b) The Project will not share, sell, or disclose the Customer’s personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability:
    a) The Project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased goods or the Project’s website.
    b) The Project’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sarawak, Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarawak, Malaysia.

12. Amendments:
    The Project reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Project’s website.

By making a purchase through the Bunan Resilience Project, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
